Energy Facilitators
On the first Sunday of every month, trained energy facilitators from our community offer sessions to anyone seeking physical, emotional, or spiritual support. Using gentle, holistic modalities such as Reiki and Healing Touch, our practitioners create a calming space for balance and renewal. You can choose to receive energy healing while seated in a chair or resting on a table—whatever feels most comfortable for you. Cancer Support Group
Our Cancer Support Group is a welcoming space for anyone affected by cancer—whether you're a patient, survivor, caregiver, family member, or friend. Together, we offer support, encouragement, and community. We meet to uplift one another and to share how living the Unity Principles can bring strength, hope, and spiritual grounding through every stage of the cancer journey—whether you're currently facing it or it's part of your past. Unity was founded on affirmative prayer, and Unity of Central MN Prayer Ministry founded the Eat. Pray. Love. Club, where EVERYONE belongs! We’ll use the affirmative prayer model, affirm the truth, all while supporting each other in love.
Join us in a casual, safe, and supportive environment, to learn how to pray affirmatively or practice prayer. We will enjoy a meal and fellowship afterwards. The groups meets on the first Monday of each month from 6 - 7:30 pm, for an hour of discussion followed by a time of eating and community.

Grief is a natural expression of love—a journey we each experience in our own way. At Unity of Central Minnesota, we believe healing is nurtured in the presence of a caring community. Full Moon Drumming
The intent of Full Moon Drumming is to collectively hold a vibration of harmony and wholeness for our Earth. We drum together to connect with our ancestors, with one another, with the heart beat of the Earth, and with others around the world who are drumming at the time of the Full Moon. Please bring a drum if you have one. There are some drums and rattles to share.
