Energy Facilitators
On the first Sunday of every month, trained energy facilitators from our community offer sessions to anyone seeking physical, emotional, or spiritual support. Using gentle, holistic modalities such as Reiki and Healing Touch, our practitioners create a calming space for balance and renewal. You can choose to receive energy healing while seated in a chair or resting on a table—whatever feels most comfortable for you. Meets the first Sunday of every month, see our Calendar of Events for next session.

Cancer Support Group
Our Cancer Support Group is a welcoming space for anyone affected by cancer—whether you're a patient, survivor, caregiver, family member, or friend. Together, we offer support, encouragement, and community. We meet to uplift one another and to share how living the Unity Principles can bring strength, hope, and spiritual grounding through every stage of the cancer journey—whether you're currently facing it or it's part of your past. Meets the second Sunday of every month, see our Calendar of Events for next session.

Grief Support Group
Grief is a natural expression of love—a journey we each experience in our own way. At Unity of Central Minnesota, we believe healing is nurtured in the presence of a caring community. We invite you to join us in a supportive, spiritually grounded space where you can share, reflect, and feel held in love and understanding. You don’t have to walk this path alone. Meets the third Sunday of every month, see our Calendar of Events for next session.

Prosperity Plus is a dynamic video based 10-week program that teaches a new way of living centered on the spiritual practices of an abundant life! In this program, Mary Morrissey teaches you how to positively impact your congregants in a way that allows them to move from fear, scarcity, and limited thinking to a life full of possibility, prosperity and promise.
Mary Morrissey has tested this 10-week experiment, and it has proven to be the catalyst for greater self-awareness, deeper spiritual practice, more meaningful relationships, financial increase, and stronger self-esteem. AND your congregants will spend time focusing on living their purpose and giving their biggest gifts to the world.
Wednesdays March 4 - May 6, 6:30 - 8:30
There is a $64 materials fee for a course workbook and audio files (on a thumb drive) for each class. There is also a Commitment to give for the spiritual nourishment and insight you receive. 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership

Based on the book 15 Characteristics of Conscious Leadership, you’ll never see conscious living or leadership the same way again. These fifteen commitments are a distillation of decades of work with CEOs and other leaders, and we can apply them in our own day-to-day lives. We'll examine this comprehensive road map to move from fear-based to trust-based living. Once you learn and start practicing these conscious commitments, you’ll notice results in the form of more energy, clarity, focus and healthier relationships. You’ll do more and more of what you are passionate about, and less of what you do out of obligation. You’ll have more fun, be happier, experience less drama and be more on purpose.

Please bring a drum if you have one. There are some drums and rattles to share.
Our first drumming will be held indoors (room 30), and the summer sessions will be held in the Atonement courtyard, if weather permits. Please bring your lawn chair for our outdoor sessions. Facilitators Erin and Jane look forward to seeing you!
